Movement is Life Presents at the 2015 U.S. News Hospital of Tomorrow
Movement is Life, a coalition sponsored by Zimmer Biomet, developed an innovative cost-modeling tool that predicts outcomes (pain, functional activity, quality of life) and costs (loss of personal income, total system cost) of different treatment paths for patients with arthritis of the knee, based on an individual’s gender, race/ethnicity, educational level and specific comorbid conditions such as obesity, diabetes and hypertension.
